BUYER'S GUIDE
RESERVATION PROCESS
STEP 1
The Buyer informs the Seller of their intent to purchase a preferred unit. The Seller then requests an inventory hold for the unit. Federal Land holds the unit for twenty-four (24) hours upon request.
STEP 2
The Buyer obtains a customer number from Federal Land and pays the reservation fee through Metrobank’s bills payment facility within the 24-hour deadline.
Note: If payment is not received within the twenty-four (24) hour deadline, Federal Land will release the unit.
STEP 3
The Buyer submits the following Day 1 Documents within seven (7) days from the payment of the reservation fee:

Copy of the validated bills payment to Federal Land

Signed Reservation Agreement (RA)
-
Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS)BIR Form 1903/1904
-
Copy of valid government-issued identification cards (ID)
Note: If the Day 1 Documents are not submitted within the given period, Federal Land will lift the hold on the unit.
STEP 4
Federal Land verifies the completeness and accuracy of the Day 1 Documents.
Note: If the documents are incomplete, they will be returned to the Buyer for completion.
STEP 5
Federal Land books the reservation as an official sale, prints the Contract to Sell (CTS), and sends a copy of the signed RA along with the CTS to the Seller for the Buyer’s signature. The Buyer then returns the signed CTS.

Go to metrobank.com.ph and enter your username and password.
Step 2
Choose "Add Company/Biller" Icon.
Step 3
Fill in the required enrollment details:

Company/Biller Name: Choose the company name from the dropdown list

Subscriber Number: 6-digit SAP Customer Number

Subscriber Name: Buyer’s name
Step 4
Tick Online Banking and click the Submit button.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT IN METROBANK ONLINE
Step 1
Go to metrobank.com.ph and enter your username and password.
Step 2
Choose “Pay Bill” icon.
Step 3
Select the Company/Biller from the drop-down list.
Step 4
Encode amount of payment and remarks for future reference.
Step 5
Print Acknowledgement page by clicking “Printable Version” for future reference.
